Case Highlight: ESP32 Wireless Multimeter Board – Designed & Built by Our Team

This is one of our in-house projects—a wireless multimeter board based on ESP32, fully designed, developed, and produced by our engineering team.

We handled the entire process end to end:

  • ✅ Circuit design: Our hardware engineers created the schematic with signal accuracy and safety in mind.

  • ✅ PCB layout: We designed a compact, low-noise multi-layer board, ready for mass production.

  • ✅ Firmware development: Our software team wrote the ESP32 firmware to support real-time data capture, wireless transmission via Wi-Fi/BLE, and communication with mobile apps or PC.

  • ✅ Prototype testing: We built and tested full-function samples to verify measurement accuracy, stability, and wireless performance.

  • ✅ Mass production: Once verified, we moved to small batch production with full quality control and documentation.

This board functions as a wireless multimeter, capable of measuring voltage, current, resistance, and temperature, with readings sent directly to a smartphone or cloud system.
