Protecting Your Designs, Data, and Business Interests
At MangoSolution-Tech, protecting customer intellectual property and confidential information is a fundamental part of how we operate — not an optional request. As an engineering-driven PCBA and supply chain partner, we understand that design files, BOMs, test data, and project information are critical business assets. Our NDA and IP protection practices are built into our workflows to ensure confidentiality, controlled access, and secure handling throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Our Commitment to NDA & IP Protection
We commit to:
- Respecting customer ownership of all designs, data, and project information
- Using customer IP only for the purpose of executing the agreed project
- Never disclosing, reusing, or transferring customer information to third parties without written authorization
All customer projects can be covered under formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) upon request, prior to file exchange or project discussion.
Scope of Protected Information
The following customer information is treated as strictly confidential, including but not limited to:
- PCB layouts, schematics, and Gerber files
- Bill of Materials (BOM) and sourcing data
- Firmware, programming files, and test procedures
- Product specifications, drawings, and mechanical designs
- Pricing, order quantities, and commercial terms
Confidentiality applies to both digital and physical materials, regardless of project size or order volume.
Controlled Access & Internal Management
To minimize risk, customer data access is restricted and role-based:
- Project files are accessible only to authorized personnel involved in the project
- Engineering, sourcing, and production teams access information on a need-to-know basis
- Sensitive files are stored in controlled internal systems with access tracking
We do not use open or shared platforms for handling customer confidential data without authorization.
Secure Collaboration with Partners & Suppliers
Where subcontractors or manufacturing partners are involved:
- Only necessary and relevant informationis shared
- Partners are selected based on qualification, reliability, and compliance
- Confidential information is limited to the scope required for execution
We do not disclose complete project data, customer identity, or commercial terms unless required for manufacturing and approved by the customer.
Physical Security & Production Handling
IP protection extends beyond data management to physical production environments:
- Customer materials and products are clearly identified and separated
- Controlled handling during production, testing, and storage
- Secure packaging to prevent damage, loss, or unauthorized access
Finished products, test fixtures, and tooling remain the property of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Engineering Discipline & Design Ownership
All engineering support provided by MangoSolution-Tech — including DFM feedback, alternative sourcing suggestions, and test fixture design — is conducted in support of the customer’s project.
- Customer retains full ownership of original designs and specifications
- Engineering suggestions do not transfer IP ownership
- Customized tooling or fixtures are handled according to project-specific agreements
Data Retention & Project Closure
Upon project completion or termination:
- Customer data is retained only as required for after-sales support or warranty purposes
- Data can be archived or removed based on customer request
- No reuse of customer designs or data occurs across unrelated projects
