功能测试治具(Functional Test Fixtures, FCT)

用途:整板通电后测试逻辑、通信、接口功能是否正常。
Used to verify the overall function of the PCB assembly under power.
测试项目包括:MCU运行、蓝牙/WiFi通信、电源、传感器、UART/USB、继电器驱动等。

在线测试治具(In-Circuit Test Fixtures, ICT)

针床治具使用最多,用于检测焊点、电阻、电容、短路开路等。
Bed-of-nails fixtures used for electrical checks such as shorts, opens, component presence, and solder quality.

边界扫描测试治具(Boundary Scan / JTAG Fixtures)

用于BGA或密脚芯片的数字链路测试。
